Walt concentrates his practice in the mediation, arbitration or trial of commercial law disputes, with an emphasis on resolving contested business, contract, construction, estate, environmental, land use, and real estate matters in both federal and state courts. Walt also has over twenty-five years of experience and expertise in resolving complex civil disputes, chancery and intellectual property disputes, and providing legal consultation to individuals, partnerships and businesses. Mr. Luger is committed to delivering the highest quality of legal services to his clients. He is accessible, efficient, and responsible, and finds practical and effective solutions to complex matters.

In 2003, Walt started and operated his own very successful law practice known as Luger & Associates, LLC. Before starting his own firm, Mr. Luger was the managing partner of the New Jersey office of a well-respected national law firm. Mr. Luger was also a litigation partner in one of the most prominent law firms in New Jersey where he concentrated his practice on business, contract, construction, environmental and toxic tort, insurance, intellectual property, labor and employment, land use, real estate, and complex civil and chancery matters.

Walt received his undergraduate degree in business administration from Seton Hall University. In 1984, Mr. Luger obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Luger is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, in both state and federal courts, and is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.

Walt is a member of the
New Jersey and Morris County Bar Associations. He has been appointed to serve as Special Counsel to the County of Morris from 1999 to date and he routinely serves as a court-appointed attorney in various guardianship matters. Mr. Walter Luger is a past President of Kiwanis, a graduate of the Seton Hall Inns of Court, and he is involved in the community and with several charitable organizations.
